"The Customer Service Was Awesome"
I called in to enroll in the Auto-Supply Subscription program for my new equipment and encountered a great customer service representative in Kelsey.

She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. Handled all of my questions quickly and with no hesitation.

I've been using a bi-pap for over 12 years and understand the importance of replacing hoses, mask components, humidifier chambers, filters, etc. It really does protect our health.

Consider setting up cpap.com's automated supply subscriptions!

My CS Agent was Brandy, she was so helpful and patient in assisting me select the proper face mask. She was knowledgeable and attentive as she listened to my situation and my needs. If and when I call back for assistance I hope I get her again, or if I can request to talk with her.

“I had no problem using 2 suppliers. I continue to use the first for my supplies and used cpap.com for a travel machine. All you need to do is have your doctor send in a prescription to the new supplier.”
